DM’s are already part of a company culture. They may not always be in step with it, and could use an objective, non-judgmental voice to advance a career, improve performance to set a new pace,or shift gears in a new environment. This is especially true for people recently promoted.

Some leaders of medium (up to 99 team members) and large companies (100+ team members) are inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit. They want to encourage their teams to embrace the entrepreneurial traits like vision, collaboration, and passion to adapt to their projects.

This role may also be a recently promoted colleague.
