Lifelong learning is a value for me, so I trained and earned my Agile Project Management SMC Scrum Master Designation. It enhances what I already know and upgrades my skills. I am better able to support your projects and leadership skills!

I am passionate about engaging with corporate managers, entrepreneurs and business owners. I use my Multi-Dimensional Leadership™ model to create positive role models. Once created, the balance has a map to slide into place.

As a professional writer and editor. I have co-authored two books, Thriving in the Midst of Change and Magnetic Leadership. My next project is underway, The Broken Social Contract. It exposes how American culture continues to unravel farther from its roots, and we experience the impacts—on business, education, social interaction, values and our American image around the world. Ever the optimist, however, I am heartened by the role of the emerging self-referred individuals from my Multi-Dimensional Leadership Business Model™.

My post-graduate work was at University of Southern California (USC), Corporate Communications with undergraduate studies at Wayne State University, Bachelor of Science in English and psychology established a firm, dedicated foundation upon which I built my skills. I am a proud graduate of the internationally acclaimed CTI, Co-Active Coach Training Institute for the CPCC designation, and was ICF-certified. I earned and added the SMC designation (SCRUM Master Certified) for Agile Project Management to better serve you and your specific projects.
