  • Corporations—200+ employees shifting direction due to market upheaval and want to influence outcomes.
  • Service industries—Adjusting customer service attitudes within a company culture more than five years old.

Companies will be selected on the basis of the following criteria:

•  The ability to document criteria in a formal strategic plan
•  Sudden growth of a particular department/unit
•  Identified issues to address multi-generational, multi-cultural issues
•  Considered implementing a formal mentoring program
•  Your approval to participate and publish is required.
