Positive Potentials LLC is conducting a business survey to measure the impact of prescribed business mission, vision and values on business elements drawn from quality performance criteria like the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Principles.	This opportunity is ideal as companies begin closing the year. Planning and strategic innovation is your best bet against the erratic marketplace and economy. The survey will demonstrate areas to strengthen and launch. *
The criteria to participate is to fit into one of three categories:	Small business—2-10 employees ready to start a strategic planning process. Corporations—200+ employees shifting direction due to market upheaval and want to influence outcomes. Service industries—Adjusting customer service attitudes within a company culture more than five years old.

Companies will be selected on the basis of the following:

• The ability to document criteria in a formal strategic plan

• Sudden growth of a particular department/unit

• Identified issues to address multi-generational, multi-cultural issues

• Considered implementing a formal mentoring program

• Your approval to participate and publish is required.
