| One
of our core programs, Business Literacy™
and Ethics,
addresses today's volatile marketplace conditions. Our concept of
literacy in a diverse climate encompasses: |
- The
ability to exchange ideas (meetings and proposals) and advance
issues in a respectful environment.
- Promote
critical thinking processes and ethical conduct as models for
success
- Elevate
language skills (verbal and written) to heighten negotiation skills
(as they affect clear communications)
- Build
on others' ideas with respect and tolerance (project management
and negotiation skills)
- Team
effectiveness and pride to achieve common ground from different
perspectives (beyond consensus)
- Use
vocabulary and writing skills (technical writing and business
grammar and usage) to effectively express oneself to achieve a
targeted outcome.
|
| |
Our
continuous objectives are measurable through assessments, surveys
and interviews, and provide exceptional management and project
results—The outcome is a fluid, lean organization.
|
| We
identify Positive Potentials as a practice because
we constantly develop core communications elements for our clients
and for our own marketing activities; we passionately live our practice
every day!
Our
communication skills are continually sharpened and upgraded by attending:
|
- Senior
level conferences and seminars
- Studying
cross-industry publications

| Community
Involvement |
Proudly,
our community involvement with Arizona State University's (ASU)
Dean's Board of Excellence Mentoring Program nurtures
our awareness of high-concept issues that your team faces.
We
were recently chosen as a mentor for the Arizona Alliance of Technology
and Women (ATW) and as a panelist for ASU's Technolopolis, Launch
Pad, an entrepreneurs' training program.
Also,
in 1998, we were as invited consultants to address the Arizona
State University's business college's student organizations. They
wanted to bridge the diversity gap, and we offered strategies
for cohesion and cooperation. The outcome was shared resources,
greater interaction and a willingness to share ideas resulting
in less duplication of effort.
Our
active commitment to work with minority and women-owned businesses
is evidenced by the contractors we use. From woman-owned printing
companies to multi-cultural graphic designers and mailing house
providers, we seek excellence as our first priority.
